Danny and Lauren Valentine’s mum will be returning to the Village shortly, but she will not be played by the same actress.
Former Emmerdale actress Samantha Giles has been lined up to replace Jacqueline Leonard, who has also played the mother of a, shall we say, eccentric boy in Eastenders a few years ago.

Roxanne McKee, who plays Louise Summers in Hollyoaks, was awarded the ‘Sexiest Female’ trophy at last night’s Inside Soap awards.
